INFORMATION NOTICE PURSUANT SECTION 13 AND 14 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679
Dear User, in compliance with Sections 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (so called GDPR), Ralliance Padel informs you about the processing of your personal data.
Who will process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed by Ralliance Padel (hereinafter, also “Ralliance”), with registered office at 2801 Madrid (Madrid), Calle Lagasca 88 - 8, Spain, which will act in quality of “Data Controller”; you will be able to contact the Data Controller at the following email address: privacy@ralliance.io.
Personal data can be processed in the name and on behalf of Ralliance also by others subjects who will be duly appointed “Data Processors“, belonging to the following categories: hosting providers, software providers, social networks. The list of the Data processors is at your disposal, under request.
The Data Controller has also appointed a Data Protection Officer (called DPO), contactable to the email address: dpo@ralliance.io.

(i) Usage of the mobile app “Ralliance”

Additional Information
DATA PROVISION
In all those cases in which we ask for consent to the processing of your personal data, their provision is purely optional. Failure to provide data results in impossibility of processing for specific purposes. In other cases, provision is mandatory to comply with contractual or legal provisions.
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
Personal data will be shared with: (i) club managers related to your booking; (ii) subsidiaries and affiliates companies.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS
There are no automated decision-making procedures.
TRANSFERS EXTRA EU
Some Data Processors may transfer your personal data to servers located in non-EU territory. By giving consent, you also consent to these transfers.
LEGITIMATE INTEREST
Legitimate interest applies to: (i) Facilitation in navigation (PW8); (ii) R&D (RD1); (iii) IT Maintenance/Security (CT1).
SOURCE ORIGINATING DATA
Data could be provided by subsidiaries, IT providers (Google Login) and social networks (Facebook Login).
Which are your rights?
You can exercise the following rights by sending a specific request to the Data Controller at privacy@ralliance.io
ACCESS
The right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data are being processed and access to them.
RECTIFICATION
The right to obtain the rectification of wrong personal data.
ERASURE
The right to obtain the erasure of personal data in specific cases (e.g. no longer necessary, withdrawal of consent).
RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING
The right to obtain restriction of processing in specific cases.
OBJECTION
The right to object to processing based on public interest or legitimate interest.
DATA PORTABILITY
The right to receive personal data in a machine-readable format.
WITHDRAWAL
The right to withdraw consent at any time.
COMPLAINT
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Accessing your mobile agenda to (i) invite your contacts to join activities (tournaments and matches) (ii) find friends already registered in Ralliance with the purpose to add them to activities and to your community. The data will not be stored in our system; by giving the consent, you also confirm to have the authorization of your friends to share their data with Ralliance.
